Rockin' Dash (scrapped)

This one is from around the same time as the Caliborn piece, more or less.

As you can see, I did pencils, then inks, then started digitally cleaning the inked lineart while laying down a flat colour mock-up. Obviously not up to my current standards, which is a big factor in this kind of thing: I’ll put a good amount of work into a drawing, then let it cool down after hitting burnout, and if enough time goes by without me going back to it I eventually won’t like it anymore on account of my style having changed and (hopefully) matured in the meantime. It happens!

Still, might consider redrawing this sooner or later. Also: Gretsch guitars are super cool.
